Do Herbs Really Work?

Yes! Yes! Yes!

Most of the time people choose herbs for the wrong reason. Choosing an herb for a medical diagnosis without understanding the nature of plant medicine is the most common reason they are disappointed with the results. As a clinical herbalist I focus on individuals, not their diagnoses. This short course introduces you to concepts in traditional healing and herbalism to help you improve your health naturally.
